Why Blackjack?
Section titled “Why Blackjack?”Blackjack is one of the best RTP (return-to-player) options that we have on sweepstakes casino sites. It is a game where, if it is fair AND you play using Basic Strategy, gives the casino the smallest edge over the player in the long run. That makes it an ideal game for us to wash SC, since we end up having a higher chance of keeping our SC balances after washing compared to any other methods of playing on these sites. Its by favorite way to play through SC balances by far!
Preparing to Play
Section titled “Preparing to Play”I keep a notepad window open in another screen along with a copy of the Blackjack Basic Strategy chart.
Notepad is used to keep track of how many SC I have wagered in the current session. Don’t forget that splits and doubles also count, as well as side bets on games that offer them.
I use this chart from Blackjack Apprenticeship. They cover more advanced strategies including card counting. That’s beyond the scope of this website, so if you’re interested in learning more about Blackjack check them out.
Side Bets
Section titled “Side Bets”I don’t touch them. They don’t hit often enough to be worth spending coins on. The only one I would do would be Dealer Bust, but even then I’d rather stick to the main game.
Recommended Games
Section titled “Recommended Games”Gravity Blackjack by Iconic21 Speed Blackjack by Iconic21 - 10SC minimum bets means you will wash fast, but also have a riskier set of hands Multihand Blackjack - Higher variance but you can wash SC much faster. I also like this version of Blackjack for beginers. By being not live you get to take your time before deciding how to play your hand.
Flat Bet
Section titled “Flat Bet”This is the safest way to play through your coins on Blackjack. It’s also easy to remember. Bet 1SC on low balances, or 2-3SC per hand on larger balanaces, and never change your bet size.
Go Digital
Section titled “Go Digital”Digital Blackjack games are going to be much faster to wash versus games with a live dealer. With live dealer games you are playing with many players at once. Each hand you will see a small number of your fellow players always hitting, even if hitting doesn’t make sense! Live Blackjack shows how many players don’t use Basic Strategy. You’ll have players hitting on 20, splitting 10s, and Standing on the worst hands!
